Thermo - chemical treatment
• We treat all kinds of the steel, including also the quick cutting steels (HSS)
• Salt baths (Degussa):
- small battery 230x600
- mid sized battery 230x1200
- big battery Ø250x2200
• Booth ovens without protective atmosphere. Hardening in the water, oil and salt baths, Gmax 350kg.
• Big booth oven: 500x1000x2000
• We also do provide service of: chromium - plating, browning, sand blasting, degreasing and frictional welding
• Monitoring of the following average parameters:
- Temperature and time of retention by computer, stopwatches and thermoelements
- Hardness with measuring device, according to Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers method
- Micro structure through the optic microscope (Reichert)
• Quality of thermo-chemical treatment is guaranteed by:
- Certificate of the measured hardness and micro hardness (graphic review)
- Technological process of the thermical treatment showed by the graphic - diagram
- Micro structure showed by the photos
- Depending of the need and customer's request, we can provide complete metallographic report
